We stepped in at a stage where MoveByBike was strengthening its commercial execution and preparing to scale sales and communication in a more structured way.
Our role was to work directly with sales activities, engaging with customers to understand needs, decision logic and conversion drivers. This hands on work informed how sales processes, communication and systems were shaped moving forward.
Based on these insights, we supported the implementation of a CRM system, began building a customer database and established the foundation for ongoing communication designed to support conversion. This included landing pages, website updates, email campaigns and reusable email templates that supported sales and follow up.
In parallel, we took responsibility for implementing the updated brand work developed by the agency King, ensuring it was applied consistently where it created the most value. We also defined copy tone and language to better attract the target audience and support a clearer, more confident brand voice.
